Where Happiffie's special cancellation offer applies, the Package may be eligible for 100% refund when cancelled up to five days before the event. Always refer to the cancellation conditions shown against your specific booking, as certain customized, procured or non-recoverable items may be treated differently.
Rescheduling may be possible subject to vendor availability, Package conditions and the revised event date.
If a date change affects availability, pricing, logistics or other Package requirements, Happiffie/vendor will communicate the implications before the revised booking is confirmed.

Provide the information currently available and update the venue later. However, certain Packages may require venue information before final confirmation because location, access, space, power, logistics or venue restrictions can affect execution.
