Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing / Growth Hacker who thrives on experimentation, data, and rapid execution. This role is focused on driving user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention through creative marketing strategies, growth experiments, and continuous optimization. You will work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to identify growth opportunities and scale them efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral
- Identify and optimize growth channels (SEO, SEM, social, content, email, partnerships, referrals)
- Plan and run performance marketing campaigns with measurable ROI
- Analyze funnels, user behavior, and conversion metrics to uncover growth levers
- Build and manage A/B tests, landing pages, and conversion optimization initiatives
- Track and report growth metrics
- Stay updated with marketing trends, tools, and growth frameworks
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO tools
- Ability to run experiments and iterate quickly based on data
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Understanding of funnels, cohorts, and customer journeys
