Job Description
We are looking for a DevOps Manager to lead Happiffie’s infrastructure, deployment, and reliability initiatives. You will own cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, security, and scalability while mentoring the DevOps team and working closely with engineering and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Own cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, reliable deployments.
- Ensure platform availability, scalability, and performance across all environments.
- Lead DevSecOps and security best practices, including monitoring and incident response.
- Optimize infrastructure costs and reliability through automation
- Collaborate with engineering teams and lead DevOps operations to support rapid product growth.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure roles
- Strong experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
- Strong knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Experience with security, backups, disaster recovery, and high-availability systems
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
