We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is passionate about building strong customer relationships and ensuring customers achieve maximum value from our products/services. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, drive customer satisfaction, improve retention, and help customers succeed throughout their journey with us.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
• Onboard new customers and guide them through product/service adoption
• Understand customer goals and align solutions to meet their needs
• Proactively monitor customer health, engagement, and satisfaction
• Resolve customer issues and coordinate with internal teams when needed
• Drive customer retention, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with product and leadership teams
• Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and success planning sessions
• Create and maintain customer documentation, reports, and success metrics
• Advocate for the customer internally and ensure a seamless experience

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar role
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze customer insights
